Choose as many semesters as you want to stay at Windsor Manor. The worst scenario is when someone buys your spot before you renew! The costs listed below are per bed in a shared bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Every apartment has an oversized washer and dryer. Contracts include all utilities plus high speed internet, convenient on-site fully equipped gym, free long term storage when you are off track, and an unbeatable location.

FILL AN APARTMENT
If you and your friends want to fill up a 6 or 8 person apartment, call the manager at (208) 356-6789 for the apartment selection and a special price. Must be done through the manager and sign at the same time to qualify.
