6 BED/3 BATHROOM

Above is an example of one of our 6 person apartment layouts. Sometimes, they are mirror images of this one (make sure and click on the apartment layout that you want). Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk-in closet. Every apartment has a balcony.
8 BED/4 BATHROOM
1,500 Sq Ft
Below is the spacious 8 person unit with the same amenities as the 6. But with the 8, the bathroom for the middle bedrooms includes a bathtub and extra linen closet.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has two beds, desks, shelves, and chairs as well as storage space, USB ports and light switches by the bed. Our large windows actually open and come with 2 1/2 inch wood veneer blinds. The huge walk-in closet has an inside light, wall-mounted mirror, and faces away from the beds so early risers can get dressed without waking their roomie.
WALK-IN CLOSETS
Imagine a large walk-in closet! Our closets provide equal storage space per tenant with two sets of hanging rods, movable drawers and shelves, and individualized cubby spaces. The top shelf and side spaces can even store skis!
LAUNDRY
Never waste your coins at a laundromat again! Your large capacity, front loading washer and dryer even come with a shoe rack so you can dry wet shoes without sending them tumbling through the dryer. Also shown is the detached bathroom that comes with the middle bedroom.
KITCHEN & STORAGE SPACE
Our large kitchens come with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a stove/oven, a microwave, granite countertops, easy-clean floors, and USB plugs for easy charging. There’s enough storage for each tenant to have their own drawer and cubby and then some!
LIVING ROOMS
Our uniquely designed couches are both soft and durable and provide a comfortable seat without the help of pillows. The large ottoman can function as extra seating or a foot rest. We also provide large flat screen TVs with HDMI cables.
