24-HOUR GYM
Our top-notch coed gym is open 24 hours a day and BYU-I approved clothing is not required. There are three televisions, three treadmills, a stair-stepper, bikes, ellipticals, pulley weight systems, bench sets, and more!
STUDY ROOMS
We have ten small study rooms available anytime for your use—complete with table, comfy chairs, and whiteboards. We also have three conference rooms for larger groups to use. No need to trudge through the winter snow to study on campus!
LAUNDRY
Never waste your coins at a laundromat again! Your large capacity, front loading washer and dryer even come with a shoe rack so you can dry wet shoes without sending them tumbling through the dryer. Also shown is the detached bathroom that comes with the middle bedroom.
COMMON AREA
Every floor has a common area for gathering with friends, watching a movie, or reading. We even provide libraries of books for anyone who wants to borrow one. Reading nooks and fireplaces make the space cozy and cupboards filled with board games make for a fun time!
ACTIVITY ROOM
The activity room comes equipped with stretch mats, a pull-up bar, step sets, and a great sound system. Having an event? We can provide tables and chairs.
PARKING
Our safe and secure, three story parking garage is available to any students that want parking. We even provide different covered and uncovered parking options to accommodate any budget.
BALCONIES & BBQ’S
Our three amazing balconies come with more than just a view! Hanging swings and comfy lounge chairs are available for your use while you hang outdoors with your friends. One of the women’s building balconies is also equipped with two BBQ’s free for your use.
KITCHENETTES
We have two kitchenette areas—one in each building — free for your use. Just reserve the space and you can entertain your friends at a fancy dinner party!
