Lease Terms
A rental agreement for an apartment is a legally binding contract between the landlord and the tenant that details the rules and conditions of renting the apartment. This includes information like the length of the lease, rent amount, security deposit, and the rules that must be followed while living in the apartment. No matter where you live in Rexburg, make sure you read and understand all the terms of your lease before signing!

How do I pay rent?
Please log in to your resident portal and click on the payments icon in the top navigation bar. You have the option to pay rent in 1, 3 or 12 installments. Contact the office for more info.
How do I submit a service request?
Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your maintenance request ticket.
Can I choose my roommates?
We accept roommate requests. Contact the office staff for more details.
How much does parking cost?
