We have ten small study rooms available anytime for your use—complete with table, comfy chairs, and whiteboards. We also have three conference rooms for larger groups to use. No need to trudge through the winter snow to study on campus!
Every floor has a common area for gathering with friends, watching a movie, or reading. We even provide libraries of books for anyone who wants to borrow one. Reading nooks and fireplaces make the space cozy and cupboards filled with board games make for a fun time!
Our activity room comes equipped with stretch mats, pull-up bars, exercise balls, step sets, and surround sound speakers. We also provide tables and chairs if you want to host FHE events in the room.

Our three amazing balconies come with more than just a view! Hanging swings and comfy lounge chairs are available for your use while you hang outdoors with your friends. One of the boys' balconies is also equipped with two BBQ's free for your use.
We have two kitchenette areas—one in each building — free for your use. Just reserve the space and you can entertain your friends at a fancy dinner party!
We have been dubbed "the newest art museum" in Rexburg all because of the beautiful art on our walls. Each of our hallways is named after a different country and is decorated with pictures taken in that unique place. Wander the halls and take it all in!
Each level in each building has a different color scheme assigned to the floor. We paint the doors and the interior accent walls to match. This way, each individual level is unique from the one above or below it but apartments are coordinated and chic.
